Hello! Thank you for visiting my website, my name is Trish DiLallo and I am a NYS licensed and insured Esthetician. I graduated with honors from the Aesthetic Science Institute in Liverpool, N.Y.  I am specialized in skin care treatments, body treatments and waxing, along with product retail and education. I have been the proud recipient, four years in a row, of the 1st Place Best of the Region Award for Best Esthetician for 2020-2023. I have received honorable mention for 2024-2025.

I am passionate about healthy skin and take special care in helping my clients look and feel their best.  I professionally employ my skills to resolve individual skin issues such as Acne, Rosacea and/or Hyperpigmentation, while educating clients and creating appropriate home care regimens.

Unique to You Customized Facial*:  Relax and unwind with this beneficial treatment designed for optimizing skin health. Products are tailored to target your individual skin type needs and concerns. Includes double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions if needed, facial massage, mask and finishing products.

Berry Brighten Facial *: Mandelic Acid is the star of this brightening facial, as it is a gentle Alpha Hydroxy Acid that targets pigment concerns and promotes cell turnover. Includes use of the Ultrasonic Spatula for product removal and an under-eye treatment for brightening and tightening. Not suitable for those with an Almond allergy or pacemaker/electrical implant.

Acne Treatment**:  This treatment is designed to remove debris from deep within the pores and relieve clogging. A great treatment for teens and acne sufferers.

DermaDisc Exfoliation Treatment***:  A deep resurfacing treatment designed to remove dead skin cells and allow products to reach lower layers of the skin. The DermaDisc Exfoliation is as effective as Microdermabrasion but without suction, making more user friendly for the skin.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged 25% of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. This fee is waived for illnesses or emergencies. Please don't keep your appointment if you are sick or have been exposed to an illness. If you arrive ill, you will be sent home and responsible for the full cost of your scheduled treatment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 50% of the missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to booking another appointment. A 50% non-refundable deposit may also be required for the next appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
