Brooke Kern

My journey started back in 2022 when I decided to take the leap and go to esthetician school. I went to school in Jackson, MI at Atlas Academy of Cosmetology. I graduated school in January of 2023, took my state boards and took the jump of opening my own business. I got into an AWESOME space in Brooklyn, MI with my first day being February 27th 2023. I shared a room with a nail tech, Courtney Fausz owner of House of Fausz Nails. I started out part time on the week ends, seeing as many clients as I could. I now am working full time as an esthetician and could not be happier. We are now located at 130 S Main Street, Brooklyn MI. This building used to be the old Brooklyn Bakery, if you are familiar with Brooklyn it is the building downtown with all the amazing windows.

Skincare and self care have always been one of my passions. I love seeing the results a product can do for the skin, and I love taking the time to myself every day to give my skin what it needs. I love making myself feel good, but helping others feel good is an even bigger passion. I love that I am able to provide services to help others to feel great.

My main services I offer are: Skincare services (peels, treatments, relaxing facials, skin consults), Waxing(facial, some body) Lash services(lash extensions, lash lift and tints), Brow services(brow lamination and tint, brow shaping).

Outside of the treatment room, I love to continue my education on esthetics. Whether it be a skincare class or a brow shaping class I am all for learning new and different techniques to find what will work best for me and my clients!

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Word of mouth is huge in the service industry. When you tell just one person about me it helps me AND my business. This program is my way of showing appreciation for my clients. If you refer a friend, you will receive a $15 credit to your account and they will receive 10% off their first appointment with me! (New client must show up for booked appointment for you to receive the credit. Credits will expire after one year of being applied to the account.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel, please let me know 24 hours in advanced to avoid this charge. After 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time you are considered a no-show. If you are running late please text me and we will see what we can do. If the appointment is rescheduled, the fee will be applied to your next appointment.

I offer no refunds. I want all of my clients to be 100% satisfied. If you have any questions or concerns about your service, please reach put within 24 hours to address the problem free of charge.
