All hours are by Appointment Only. We do not offer any walk-in services or sales. Our Esthetician wishes to make sure you are seen with privacy and the one on one attention you deserve to give you the most optimal treatment and services.

We request you have any children cared for outside of your services and our office as we would like to provide the most relaxing atmosphere without any distractions.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Our unique practice is truly designed for one on one attention as we do not have any other clients in the spa during your scheduled appointment time. This allows total focus on all of your needs, leaving you without any distraction.

Our skin care products have been thoroughly researched to ensure there are no parabens, harmful chemicals or synthetic fragrances. Our facials can offer no animal by-products and can be gluten free as well. These products are cruelty free, not tested on animals. The preparation and production of the skin care products used at Clear. Spa have a low environmental impact by utilizing a processing center that is local and ingredients that are responsibly farmed. Also as important, our products are made in the United States.
