Graduated from Florida College of Natural Health as a Skin Care Facialist in 2004. My life-long passion for holistic health and prevention guided my decision to specialize my practice in Holistic Skincare utilizing organic and natural skin care products with the integration of Thai Herbal Poultice Ball, Energy Light Rejuvenation(ELR) Facials, and skin therapies.
A little bit about me: I started my career as a Registered Nurse at the age of 21 and pursued my Skincare Facialist degree in my 30's to complement my nursing career to focus more on promoting education to my client's in the health of their skin first through creating inner balance through including the basics of proper nutrition, hydration, exercise, sleep, and energetic/emotional/postural balance.
I offer the 3 B's Blueprint guiding individuals in lifestyle practices and strategies to becoming Beautifully Balanced implementing the Basics for optimal wellness!
