I offer soothing massage treatments to help ease muscle tension, encourage relaxation, & promote an overall sense of well-being; customized facial & skincare treatments to cleanse, nurish, & refresh the skin; & reflexology sessions that focus on applying gentle pressure on specific points on the feet to support relaxation & balance. My philosophy is that true beauty & wellness begin with balance, self-care, & taking time to restore both body & mind.
