Hi, I’m Maddie Stivers, the esthetician behind STVR Skin! I’m a licensed esthetician based inside KJ’s Beauty Bar in Frankfort, Kentucky, and a proud graduate of Katharos School of Esthetics, where I built a strong foundation in advanced skincare and honed my skills in customized facials, brows, lashes, waxing, and spray tanning. I’m passionate about providing personalized treatments that help every client look and feel their very best.

My journey into esthetics started with my own skin. After struggling with acne for years, I know firsthand how much it can affect your confidence and self-esteem. Through my own skincare journey, I discovered the power of personalized treatments and the confidence that healthy skin can bring. I realized I wanted to help others experience that same transformation while continuing to learn and care for my own skin.

At STVR Skin, I believe skincare is never one-size-fits-all, and that healthy skin is always more important than perfect skin. Every client’s skin is unique, which is why every treatment is thoughtfully customized to support your individual skin concerns and goals. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable, heard, and cared for from the moment you walk through the door. Whether you’re here to relax, achieve healthier skin, or simply take time for yourself, I hope you leave every appointment feeling refreshed, confident, and comfortable in your own skin.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying an iced caramel latte, working out at the gym, watching true crime documentaries or reality TV, reading a good book, or doing a little shopping.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the remaining 50% of the scheduled service.

This policy helps keep my schedule running smoothly, allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client, and ensures I can continue providing the best experience for everyone. I truly appreciate your support!

No-shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, the remaining 50% of your scheduled service will still apply. Please reach out if you’d like to reschedule, I’d be happy to find a new appointment time that works for you!

Late Arrivals

I completely understand that things happen! Please do your best to arrive on time so you can receive the full service you booked. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to stay on schedule for other clients. The full service fee will still apply, as each appointment time is reserved just for you.

Refund Policy

All service sales are final.

Due to the time, products, and expertise that go into each appointment, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.

If you’re ever unhappy with your results, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and find the best solution. While refunds are not available, I may offer a courtesy touch-up or a discount toward a future service at my discretion.

Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to me, and I always strive to make sure every client feels confident, cared for, and happy with their experience.
