Jenna has been doing facials since 2010 and was even there for the launch of the Hand and Stone franchise as one of the 2 NJ estheticians who saw a business born in a recession rise like a phoenix. And like a phoenix, Jenna has had to rise above global economic shifts and pivot her career. Her past gives her an edge as someone with both a pre med and psychology courseload in university, then a 10 year cutting edge career in behavioral analysis and modification therapy working with both mammals and children with autism. She turned her attention to obtaining a trade license in 2009 and has found a stimulating career that keeps her engaged in the science-based advancements in skincare while maintaining long term relationships with clients and the opportunity to meet new ones. She says she combines her behavioral skills and skin histology knowledge to provide a comprehensive analysis of each client in order to create a bespoke profile for customisable treatment plans. She teaches the "how" and "why" to get guests to better understand the "what" and "when" of a good homecare routine and treatment plan.

Once a competitive swimmer with bad habits, bad acne and no knowledge, she seeks to help all guests who suffer from acne have the help and empathy she never had. And after more than a decade working with skin, she developed atopic dermatitis to many common allergens, and went through sensitized skin issues, making her more aware of the sensitive community concerns and priorities. And she also research the latest in pro aging options as she is also experiencing "middle age" issues.

Jenna often relays how she believes everyone has the right to learn how to take care of their own skin, and that her long consistent career has allowed her to live that objective. She has had clients with her for a whole decade, some since the very beginning, and has seen skin change in real time. Her greatest thrill is when a guest gushes over how much they love their skin or have seen progress, or if they bring her chocolate, coffee or cookies.

In her spare time she trains her golden wolf dog in High Valyrian (the language from Game of Thrones) and plays Dreamlight Valley while watching paleontology videos to relax her mind.
